As with all affiliated with the nonprofit and foundation worlds, the Brett Family Foundation hopes that 2010 will be a year of recovery.  

However, because conditions have not drastically improved, we will still not be able to fund all the organizations we have traditionally supported and anticipate that we will not grant to organizations we have not funded in the past.  As equity markets recover and the Foundation's endowment grows, we will increase our granting proportionately.  

The Brett Family Foundation remains committed to continuing our support of the important work our grantees do to make our state a more just and caring place to live.
